GetDataQuote is operated by DataQuote LLC, United States. These terms explain how you may use our comparison and introduction service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Our service
GetDataQuote helps companies compare AI data buyers, understand available price evidence and request introductions. The assessment and buyer rating chart are free to use. We are an independent referral service. We do not buy your dataset, upload it, negotiate a binding offer for you or sign a buyer agreement on your behalf.
Estimates and recommendations
Buyer matches reflect the company information you provide, documented programme requirements and the available evidence. They are starting points for a discussion, not confirmation that a buyer will accept your data.
Calculator outputs and estimated ranges are indicative, not offers or guaranteed proceeds. Confirm the currency, licensed scope, fees, net payment and payment date in a written buyer agreement. Provider requirements and terms may change. Unknown information in the comparison does not mean a buyer performs poorly.
Where response experience comes from an owner engagement, it is labelled as that experience. It is not an average or a promise about your response time. Funding, company size, logos and previous results do not guarantee a deal or payment.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate company and contact information, and correct anything that could change the assessment. Submit an introduction request only if you have authority to act for the company and confirm the relevant licensing rights.
Use the structured questions to describe the dataset. Do not submit actual data records, files, account credentials, customer identities, confidential examples or information you are not authorised to share. This website is not a channel for transferring or licensing a dataset.
Introduction requests
The initial assessment and chart unlock save your details with the consent shown in those forms. Neither step sends an introduction to a buyer.
Clicking Make intros after the sharing consent, or clicking the all-buyers introduction button beside its sharing notice, authorises GetDataQuote to email your name, email address, company website and structured assessment to the buyers selected in that request. You can choose individual buyers below the shortlist instead.
Introductions are sent only through available, verified contact routes. The confirmation distinguishes a saved request from acceptance by the email service. Email acceptance does not confirm delivery, a buyer response, eligibility or an offer. Some routes may require review or be unavailable.
A buyer may contact you directly. You decide whether to continue, share any dataset or accept an agreement. Each buyer's own privacy terms and commercial agreement govern its handling of your information and any deal.
Buyer agreements and referral fees
Any data licensing agreement is between your company and the buyer. Review the permitted uses, confidentiality, preparation process, exclusivity, fees, payment conditions and termination terms before agreeing or transferring data.
A buyer may pay GetDataQuote a referral fee if an eligible deal completes after our introduction. You do not pay GetDataQuote for the assessment or introduction request. Buyers, brokers or marketplaces may charge their own fees or deductions. Read our Affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person or company, submit misleading requests, send spam, attempt to access other users' information or interfere with the service. We may reject invalid submissions or limit requests to protect the service.
Privacy and records
Our Privacy Policy explains the details we collect, the consent and introduction process, retention for up to 90 days, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Deleting our record does not recall an email or remove information already received by a buyer.
Service updates
We may update the website, programme information and these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. A buyer's final written agreement governs its commercial commitments.
